Responsibilities include: Working closely with the development team, assisting in expanding the customer basket. Customer’s support, customers success, troubleshooting, building product manuals and documentation. Understanding the customer’s needs, assistance in implementing the system. Performing QA and Tests before new version release. Managing customer support in the Zendesk system and quality assurance process in Jira system. Working with DBs and building SQL queries. Development and maintenance of automated testing processes. Understanding the fundamentals of company’s infrastructure and implementations.
